For for-profit media projects involving filming, video and audio recording, photography, writing a book and for more complex media projects involving a significant impact on Aboriginal people’s privacy and property.

The permission of traditional Aboriginal owners is required to enter or remain on Aboriginal Land and the CLC is authorised to issue permits in our region to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
